What type of paperwork do I need to provide to rent a space?
Government-Issued Photo ID (ie: Drivers License, State ID, or Passport)
Vehicle/vessel proof of registration, if applicable, or title
Proof of Insurance
Do I need to sign a long-term Lease?
No, unless the client wishes otherwise, we only rent on a month-to-month basis.
When can I move in?
If this is your first time at the lot, we can schedule a move in time with our Site Manager during our office hours to help ensure a smooth experience.
After Hours move in can also be facilitated is all documents are received prior to move in and first month's payment is made.
Billing & Last Months Rent
We prorate the current months rent to the 1st of the month, then charge the next month at full price (depending on the space). Example: Moving into a 40ft space on the 1st of the month is $100, if you move in on the 15th of the month its $50, etc.
We also collect Last Month Rent, which covers your last months stay at the site. If Last Months Rent isn't used to cover the Last Months Stay, it will be refunded back to the method of payment used.
How do I make a payment?
After creating an account, you will be prompted with options for a payment method. After those details are input, we can set your account on auto-pay, set to be billed on the 1st of the month.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Bank Account
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month, however we do require a 30-day WRITTEN notice before you move out. Email nvcanyonstorage@gmail.com.
What types of vehicles can be stored?
All boats, Recreational Vehicles, automobiles, trailers, and containers. (Availability may vary for containers)
Do you offer RV maintenance, cleaning, or other services?
No, currently we do not have any services provided.
Do I need insurance?
Insurance is the tenant's responsibility. We do not insure the customers vehicle or other property. Insurance is required on all stored vehicles/ vessels.
